1. Who is the seller?
All transactions on the INSPIHOME platform are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), registered in the United Kingdom, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means:
- Invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle, not INSPIHOME,
- Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting VAT,
- All payment disputes, chargebacks and refund procedures are handled by Paddle,
- Payment details (card, etc.) are processed exclusively by Paddle and never reach INSPIHOME servers.
2. How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the seller, refunds are processed directly by Paddle. You do not need to fill any form on the INSPIHOME website.
To request a refund:
- Find the purchase confirmation email sent by Paddle after your payment,
- Click the "Problem with your purchase?" or "Get support" link in that email,
- Paddle will guide you through the refund process in their portal.
3. Refund policy
All purchases on INSPIHOME are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. To submit a refund request, follow the steps described in section 2 above or visit paddle.net.
